The present Terms and Conditions regulate the webpage xPunter which is a part of Hastoplay S.L.

xPunter.com is exclusively available for people who are at least 18 years old and who want to learn, to increase the knowledge and to obtain betting related information. xPunter.com is not a betting company and does not operate as one. In any case a user may place a sports bet in xPunter.com.
xPunter.com informs that, in some countries, the participation in profitable games and betting is subjected to some legal restrictions and it may even be forbidden. The user shall be the only responsible in this matter.
The user may access the “xPunter” webpage and to view all published content, even though all content is protected by copyright.
The user may order a selection of sports picks elaborated by a professional tipster concerning a specific event. The selection shall provide the following information: bet type, stack, “no bet under” and best odd available, among other information.
To users with subscriptions, xPunter shall send the sports picks by email and/or SMS depending of the chosen option, until two hours before the official beginning of the event. xPunter shall also put available the ordered picks in the personal area of the user, in the section “My Picks”.
The sports picks are selected by professional tipsters who collaborate as consultants to xPunter. xPunter shall not be responsible that any advice, pick and/or published content may lead users to place bets, to lose bets and to place inappropriate bets.
xPunter shall not be responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, omissions or any connection issues to the webpage.
The user shall be aware that gambling involves risks. When betting, the user shall be aware of the risk of losing money and/or suffer psychological damage.
This webpage is strictly for personal and private use. Any commercial use of the page and/or of its content is expressly forbidden.
It is strictly forbidden the publication, reproduction and/or transmission of all or part of the content without xPunter’ express consent.
xPunter does not guarantee a specific duration of the provided services and reserves the right to cancel them any moment for any reason.
In order to purchase or subscribe a service, the user has to create a free account by filling in all mandatory fields (e-mail and password). The password is personal and confidential. The user agrees not to disclose the respective password to third parties. In case the password is used by third parties without authorization and/or in case of any type of security threat, the user agrees to immediately inform xPunter. The user is the only responsible for the password security and xPunter declines any responsibility in case of any fraudulent use.
The user may purchase the following services:
1. An individual sports pick from a tipster to a specific event.
2. Subscriptions of one, three or six months in which the user receives sports picks from a specific tipster. The user shall understand that the subscriptions are not automatically renovated. Before the subscription ends, the user will receive a remainder by e-mail to alert the user for the subscription’s end.
All subscriptions are unlimited in terms of the number of sports picks. xPunter assures a minimum of 10 sports picks per month. If, by any reason, the number of sports picks of a subscription is lower than 10 per month, the subscription will be extended until it reaches the 10 sports picks.
The user acknowledges and agrees that no right of withdrawal and/or refund of any kind shall be granted to the user as part of these terms and conditions.
xPunter reserves the right to cancel, without any refund, a subscription in the following cases:
1. The personal information is incorrect or unable to be verified.
2. The subscription was marked by our fraud department as a possible fraud.
3. xPunter has reasons to believe the user is a minor.
4. xPunter has reasons to believe that the user resells or publishes the sports picks to third parties.
Any information or recommendation available on the xPunter webpage is published for merely informative purposes. xPunter and the tipsters who collaborate with this entity shall not be responsible for the accuracy of the information available in the mentioned webpage. The visitors and subscribers of the xPunter page confirm they have legal ability and knowledge that they are responsible for their acts and decisions.
The user agrees to consider and to treat all sports picks as strictly confidential from the moment the user receives them until the end of the respective event.
Therefore the user shall not disclose and/or allow the divulgation, directly or indirectly, of all or a part of the sports picks.
The user assures to take all necessary and appropriate measures in order to assure the conformity with this confidentiality vote.
xPunter reserves the right to request an indemnity from a user as a result of the breach of any of the above points.
xPunter shall not be responsible for any damages resulted from the use of the webpage such as profit loss, damage on business software or other, details from the user’s system or from third parties loss.
The user accepts and agrees that the subscription of the xPunter orders does not guarantee winnings in sports bets.
In order to improve and maintain the page’s quality, xPunter may interrupt the page’s operation for short periods of time without any previous warning. xPunter shall not be held responsible for any damages resulting from the mentioned maintenance operations.
xPunter shall not be responsible in case of a delay of the SMS and/or e-mail containing the sports pick or simply not received in the user’s mail box and/or mobile phone.
In case of links to other pages, xPunter shall not be responsible for the user’s visits to outside pages.
xPunter reserves the right to change the webpage without previous notice as well as the respective terms and conditions that rule the webpage.
